Quality Policy

It is the policy of PACO Plastics & Engineering Inc. to provide the highest quality service and products to our customers. We are committed to the process of continual improvement while striving to continuously meet or exceed customer and regulatory requirements.

Certified Quality

Paco Plastics & Engineering operates under and is certified to ISO9001: 2015 / AS9100 Rev D along with Federal Aviation Regulations CFR Chapter 14 Subpart K 21.303.

Paco holds the designation FAA-PMA ('Federal Aviation Administration-Parts Manufacturer Approval'). We have on staff an FAA DMIR ('Designated Manufacturing Inspection Representative') and we are able to provide FAA form 8130-3 for qualified parts upon request.

Any request for form 8130-3 must be in writing or noted upon your purchase order prior to shipment of the merchandise. Paco Plastics has received AS9100 Certification and ISO 9001:2000 designation and is committed to manufacturing certified quality parts for aircraft and all other industries.

QUALITY OBJECTIVES

Paco Plastics and Engineering will to adhere to (or improve upon) the following standards.

  • 1. To exemplify a customer focus by:
    • A) Maintaining a high percentage rate, as determined and reviewed by management, of on-time delivery to customers.
    • B) To actively insure external non-conformances do not exceed 2% of all shipments.
  • 2. To display leadership by engaging all personnel in:
    • A) Directing resources toward maintaining and growing customer and supplier relationships.
    • B) Ensuring that process approach is used in evidence based decision making based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) and risk-based thinking.
  • 3. To regularly evaluate the quality management system and implement improvements that help to eliminate errors in the overall process and improve output.
  • 4. To actively maintain a safe and effective work environment.

Plastics Warranty

Paco Plastics and Engineering Inc. warrants that all plastic products manufactured and sold by us are free from defects in labor, material and workmanship for a period of 90 days. Paco's responsibility becomes void should the product be abused, and used for a purpose not intended by Paco, or improperly installed or stored. For any warranty claims, written notice must be given to Paco Plastics within thirty days after initial discovery of any problem or defects. Note: parts are not to be returned unless authorized by an officer of the Paco Plastics & Engineering Company. The extent of our liability shall be, at our option to the purchase price of the product or replacement or repair of the product once we have determined that said product is impaired for the use for which it was intended by Paco due to a defect in material or workmanship. Any deviation from this warranty must be authorized by an officer of Paco Plastics.

Hardware Warranty

Paco Plastics & Engineering Inc. warrants that all products manufactured and sold by us are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is for a period of 24 months after the original shipping date. Paco's responsibility becomes void should the product by abused, and used for a purpose not intended by Paco, or improperly installed. For any warranty claims, written notice must be given to Paco Plastics within thirty days after initial discovery of any problems or defects. Note: Parts are not to be returned unless authorized by an officer of the Paco Plastics & Engineering Company. The extent of our liability shall be limited, at our option, to the purchase price of the product or replacement or repair of the product once we have determined that said product is impaired for the use for which it was intended by Paco due to a defect in material or workmanship. Any deviation from this warranty must be authorized by an office of the Paco Plastics Company.
